Sliding of Democracy in the falls of sovereignity of independence of major Eastern Europes country since the end of Cold War, put the New Front of hagemon known as "Pact Sinica", being led by Russia-PRC in the returns of unrest among the resurgence of long-standing nationalist movement that marching onward in the times when American's Decline is replacing the domination of American's Century since the days after WW2.

With Permanent Members of Security Councils (UN Big 5 Veto House Rules members of victorious Allied country) in extreme hostility in the brink of new major war and confrontation driven by the insurgency of the new nationalist movement among the Power's Sphere driven by "Pact Sinica" to run for long-time strategic planning for "Sino Reunification", America's Isolationist policy in home is celebrated on domestic and globally, with less power vested on its doctrines to exert power projection on global scales is detrimental to NATO's ever-polarizing political factions among its members. Its the time for "Pact Sinica" to spread its power on international affairs on so many seas and territorial which is deterred by previous power projection guarded by "Pact America-Free World", and its Arsenal of Democracy.

With Reunification of the annexed Taiwan, and abolishment of Special Administrative Regions (SAR), "One China One Policy" is reality, with Russia Federation already on its Reunification toward the rampant military occupation to stripped down the sovereign independence of so many former Eastern Bloc that the glory of Soviet's is proudly marching with the Sphere of Sino Reunification.

With such, the SEA's affairs is on its ways for the new hegemon with the weakened America's Century and foreign bilateral agreement of containment policy and mutual defense treaty is no longer the threat to new sphere of influences. Now, the new territory for strategic military bordering to contain the counter-strikes from NATO and "Pact America" is only a one way standing : "To project Power Diffusion into the Tiger's of SEA"

And nationalist movement for the new major threat is begin: Communism 2.0 is armed and re-energized.

Can the global united forces avoid another recurring past? Or Nuclear Winter is nearing the 12 Midnight on Doomsday Clock?
